I won an auction on ebay. I was given the invoice. I paid the invoice and then the seller did not want to ship it to me. He felt that he did not get enough money..so he added a high shipping price. I had already paid and the auction and invoice said "free shipping". This "seller" just returned my money and refused to sell.
