Okay...I've got mixed feelings about this company. I've had to return a couple bad items and had no trouble doing so. Except with the last problem. Its still ongoing. I ordered an A3D Xtreme Sound card for my friend's system. It arrived in a retail box for a great price. HOWEVER, the system would often freeze up and would NOT do ANY 3D gaming. It would totally freeze the system while trying to do 3D. I tried different video cards with the same result, I replaced the motherboard and CPU, RAM, everything. On my last attempt I removed the sound card and there were NO lockups. 3D gaming was fine. I spoke with their tech (Joe) and he was VERY helpful and friendly. I told him my escapades with the card and said he would replace it for a SB 128PCI (like value). That was fine by me. I return the package and two weeks later, they send me the SAME card I sent back...the same BAD card. They said they "tested" it and had no problems. It would make windows sounds once a driver was loaded, but I'm sure they didn't do anything more extensive than that. I'm A+ Certfied and do this for a living, so I know my stuff...they obviously just felt like writing me off. I will NEVER buy from them again! Its too bad, because for the most part he operation runs okay and the people are moderately helpful. The tech was super helpful and understanding. But, this nonsense is enough to never buy from them again.
