Okay...I've got mixed feelings about this company. I've had to return a couple bad items and had no trouble doing so. Except with the last problem. Its still ongoing. I ordered an A3D Xtreme Sound card for my friend's system. It arrived in a retail box for a great price. HOWEVER, the system would often freeze up and would NOT do ANY 3D gaming. It would totally freeze the system while trying to do 3D. I tried different video cards with the same result, I replaced the motherboard and CPU, RAM, everything.
