Seller did not handle request for a refund professionally. Stated that "we sell watches not boomerangs" apparently an attempt at humor i.e. they don't like to deal with customers who return watches, and made other disparaging comments about me. They checked my profile and saw that this was the second watch I had returned from them - What a sin! Also accusingly stated that "real" reason I was returning the watch was buyer's regret rather than the workmanship problem with the watch itself that had come to my wife's attention after less than 10 days of wearing.

Unless you don't mind being made to feel like a "problem customer" if you happen to have a problem with your purchase and need to return, avoid this store. Also I do not understand what is their relationship to Neweggmall.com, which sells and advertises their watches but at cheaper prices than are available direct on this website, but that's neither here nor there.
