Seller did not handle request for a refund professionally. Stated that "we sell watches not boomerangs" apparently an attempt at humor i.e. they don't like to deal with customers who return watches, and made other disparaging comments about me. They checked my profile and saw that this was the second watch I had returned from them - What a sin!
