I sent a crystal bracelet to Kent's trading for warranty work to be done. The bracelet I sent them was in excellent condition, other than the broken clasp. It was straight and the crystals were clear and bright. The bracelet that Kent's Trading sent back was not mine. It is twisted, and the crystals are cloudy looking. I sent them an email and posted a complaint on another consumer board. All Kent's did was say I sent a vulgar, ludicris email, which is not true. I just want my bracelet back. I don't care if they've been in business for 20 years or not. They are still thieves. When you switch someone's nice jewelry with junk, seems to me that is illegal.
