I sent a crystal bracelet to Kent's trading for warranty work to be done. The bracelet I sent them was in excellent condition, other than the broken clasp. It was straight and the crystals were clear and bright. The bracelet that Kent's Trading sent back was not mine. It is twisted, and the crystals are cloudy looking.
