I had ordered from this company over 2 months ago. My credit card was charged, and I was given a confirmation #. I still have not received my order. I have tried to contact them at least 20 times and have not gotten a response. There is no customer service at all. I keep emailing and never receive a reply. I have checked message boards and this has happened to other people. DO NOT TRUST OR ORDER FROM KNIFE.COM!!! Completley unprofessional company, scam artists, and will not return emails. If anyone has there phone # please post it.
