I had ordered from this company over 2 months ago. My credit card was charged, and I was given a confirmation #. I still have not received my order. I have tried to contact them at least 20 times and have not gotten a response. There is no customer service at all. I keep emailing and never receive a reply. I have checked message boards and this has happened to other people. DO NOT TRUST OR ORDER FROM KNIFE.COM!!! Completley unprofessional company, scam artists, and will not return emails.
