I purchased a Kodak 5250 all in one wireless printer as a x-mas gift for girlfriend, set it up, and installed software on computer, followed instructions to the letter, and still had problems with the wireless end. I spent half a day trouble shooting, and two hours on the phone with tech support, they ran me back through all the steps i had already tried. Took that unit back to the store and got a replacement, only to go through the same thing. Every thing was going fine until I was downloading the firmware updates, the wifi light went out and i could not get it to reconnect. I took that one back and bought a different brand, which works great! My beef is the tech at this store told me there is a problem with Kodaks software updates that disables the wifi and you cant get it back, Kodak knows they have a big problem with this, yet they let me waste an entire day working on their junk! I want to sue them for fraud!
