I purchased a Kodak 5250 all in one wireless printer as a x-mas gift for girlfriend, set it up, and installed software on computer, followed instructions to the letter, and still had problems with the wireless end. I spent half a day trouble shooting, and two hours on the phone with tech support, they ran me back through all the steps i had already tried. Took that unit back to the store and got a replacement, only to go through the same thing.
