ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

2 weeks after my order was sent in, they had yet to even ship out my order. This is far from the "in stock" message their website gave me.

After I emailed them about the delay, their sales rep told me that my item would ship out two thursdays ago "at the latest". yet again, another lie.

i cancelled my order, and as of this moment, i have received no refund. i should not be charged until an item is shipped, yet i was.

I will update these comments only if action is taken to return my money.

As of this hour, the credit card company states that there has been no credit posted to my account. what is taking so long???????

Just received credit. Good that i got it, but why did i have to fight them for a week?
