ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. 2 weeks after my order was sent in, they had yet to even ship out my order. This is far from the "in stock" message their website gave me. After I emailed them about the delay, their sales rep told me that my item would ship out two thursdays ago "at the latest". yet again, another lie. i cancelled my order, and as of this moment, i have received no refund. i should not be charged until an item is shipped, yet i was.
