I attended a local italian resturant called La favorita in Stoke on trent. The food was served after waiting an hour and a quarter. My pasta dish tasted like a defrosted low calorie ready meal - no seasoning taste or texture with a watery sauce which had sunk to the bottom of the bowl leaving sloppy bland pasta and dry metallic tasting salmon flakes at the top. My daughter did not complain until she found a third hair, clearly a greying body hair (not head hair) in her dinner, and quickly found a fourth. My sons dinner was a small portion of cannelloni ( no option of side salad or chips) - again the consistency was sloppy and devoid of taste again very much like a reduced calorie ready meal. Awful. Because it was my daughters birthday she asked me not to complain. When the waitress noticed that two of meals were uneaten, I did explain the issues and she removed the cost of the dinner with hairs. Out of respect for my daughter, I paid £40 for the worst restaurant meal I have ever had.
