I attended a local italian resturant called La favorita in Stoke on trent. The food was served after waiting an hour and a quarter. My pasta dish tasted like a defrosted low calorie ready meal - no seasoning taste or texture with a watery sauce which had sunk to the bottom of the bowl leaving sloppy bland pasta and dry metallic tasting salmon flakes at the top. My daughter did not complain until she found a third hair, clearly a greying body hair (not head hair) in her dinner, and quickly found a fourth.
