I purchased a Vino scooter from them in July of 06. I never heard back from them. Not a call, not a thank you, nothing. I purchase another scooter online and it has a safety recall that is considered urgent. I call them, and get put on a waiting list. I call back a month later, they said I was on the list and to expect a call soon. I was NEVER contacted by anyone. I ended up bringing my scooter on a trailer all the way to False River Motorsports who took care of me and treated me like gold.

I was forced to get a loan for more than the price of scoot because the bank only loans in 1000 dollar incriments. Well, it was 150 dollars over the total price, and they wouldn't give me my money back, only store credit!!!

To this day, and this recall was in 2007, I haven't received a call from them. Obviously, I won't. They are not about customer service. Once they get their money you mean nothing to them. I bought my new scoot online from Don and Roys motorsports and they have stayed in constant touch with me, wanting to know how the scoot was treating me, if I had any questions, etc etc. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
