Owners son came out to unclog our main sewer line. His diagnosis was that there were roots in our line & it may need to be replaced. He charged us the service charge fee of $ 110 plus he added an additional $60 fee for resetting the toilet for us & $25 for nothing totaling $195. According to the company this should have been included in the service charge & the owner refused to refund our money (that which was charged over the base rate). Less than 12 hours after they left the clog returned & they refused to return without additional funds.

Another company came out for a cheaper service charge & found no roots whatsoever, the clog had just not been fully pushed throught the line. I was treated poorly & yelled at by the owner himself. I grew up in a family run business & I firmly believe that the customer is not always right, but should leave feeling like they were!

I hope that noone who reads this gives this company a dollar of their money for anything!!!
