Owners son came out to unclog our main sewer line. His diagnosis was that there were roots in our line & it may need to be replaced. He charged us the service charge fee of $ 110 plus he added an additional $60 fee for resetting the toilet for us & $25 for nothing totaling $195. According to the company this should have been included in the service charge & the owner refused to refund our money (that which was charged over the base rate).
