My parent and I attended one of their tours last 4 days. Everything went smoothly. However, when I got back and checked my banking account. I found out that Radisson (SFO) charged me $16.83 for no reason. (which should be all included in the package)

What's more absurd is today's call. She called me and asked me for admission. (which is 65*3*2=390) She claimed that it's tour guide's mistake to tell us that our admission is all included. She wanted the money back. And she sounds like she can charge me without my permition, which really scared me. I immediately cancel my card. She also sent me an Email and blamed me for that...

My parent and I all have zero interests in going to Disney land and universal studio. We did because we are told that those admission are all covered. I truly sorry about their loss but I don't want to pay for their mistakes.
