My parent and I attended one of their tours last 4 days. Everything went smoothly. However, when I got back and checked my banking account. I found out that Radisson (SFO) charged me $16.83 for no reason. (which should be all included in the package) What's more absurd is today's call. She called me and asked me for admission.
