George Lambert aka Youry A Lambert aka Youry Petchenkine came to US as a graduate student, and recently passed the DC Bar, but knows virtually nothing about the practice of law. He apparently changed his name to his mother's maiden name to sound more like a westerner. He missed disbarment by the 9th circuit, and does not seem to understand the most basic legal principles, but is hard working. He claimed to me that he was an expert at locating diverted assets and had connections in off shore jurisdictions. based on what I have seen, none of that is true. George can barely do a public records search, and gathers his "intelligence" from Google. He lives near Boston, and somehow has some strange connection to DC, but is not there. He tries to sue foreign governments and foreign politicians hoping to confuse people into settlement. This guy is a weird mess of a lawyer, and has no experience.
