George Lambert aka Youry A Lambert aka Youry Petchenkine came to US as a graduate student, and recently passed the DC Bar, but knows virtually nothing about the practice of law. He apparently changed his name to his mother's maiden name to sound more like a westerner. He missed disbarment by the 9th circuit, and does not seem to understand the most basic legal principles, but is hard working.
