I would like to complain about two things. First, I would like to complain about the Osburn Hybrid-35 Pellet Insert. We had an awful experience with this stove. It was too loud, we had a difficult time getting it to ignite, we had to clean it almost every day to get the stove to start, there was a warning code that kept shutting the stove off, and overall we hated the stove.

I would also like to complain about the service we received from the dealer, Lawsons Hearth Store. We complained about the stove right from the start. We kept going back to the store complaining for 9 months. Ultimately, we just wanted to be satisfied and have a product we liked and would use. However, rather than help us, Lawsons sent our names to a collection agency and took us to small claims court. We were satisfied with the courts decision, however, the experience was awful and could have been avoided had Lawsons handled their customer service better.

My best advice, never shop at Lawsons Hearth Store.
