I purchased product end of May and received in a couple days. I decided I did not want the product and never used it for the trial period, called the company and returned it through UPS that I paid for. Now it has been a month and no credit I also got a signed signature when they received the product back from me so I would have proof of delivery. I have spoke to 5 or 6 supervisors, and 2 of them said I should receive full credit and even took my UPS tracking #, but still no credit. I called again in August and now I was told I will only get $49.95... as of September there is still no credit and they said card cannot take a credit . What does that mean? They scammed me out of around $100.00 I only agreed to pay the $3.87 and remeber I never tried this product and they will never give me this credit. I hope something will be addressed on this situation. I know that other people in the world are getting scammed too and I hope this will stop.
