I purchased product end of May and received in a couple days. I decided I did not want the product and never used it for the trial period, called the company and returned it through UPS that I paid for. Now it has been a month and no credit I also got a signed signature when they received the product back from me so I would have proof of delivery. I have spoke to 5 or 6 supervisors, and 2 of them said I should receive full credit and even took my UPS tracking #, but still no credit.
