Amazing belt buckles.com. I ordered and received an LED belt buckle that failed to work. The page advertising these buckles, as well as their home page, loudly proclaims that they offer a 100% guarantee -- that they have a "no questions asked" return and exchange policy and that they want their customers to be 100% satisfied. Yet they refused to exchange the buckle or refund my money saying LED buckles are exempt from their guarantee. Furthermore, they say this disclaimer is listed on a different page on their site and it's my fault for not finding and reading this page. Why would I look for another page when both the home page and the buckle page state clearly there is a 100% guarantee with no mention of any exceptions? This is deceptive and manipulative. They are hiding essential information in an obscure place while falsely advertising a 100 per cent guarantee.
