Amazing belt buckles.com. I ordered and received an LED belt buckle that failed to work. The page advertising these buckles, as well as their home page, loudly proclaims that they offer a 100% guarantee -- that they have a "no questions asked" return and exchange policy and that they want their customers to be 100% satisfied. Yet they refused to exchange the buckle or refund my money saying LED buckles are exempt from their guarantee.
