Submitted paperwork for new business location at Edinburg post office. It has been two months and we still have not received our mail. I went to Edinburg Post Office for an explanation of why we have not received our mail. We are a Medical equipment facility and work with government and state agencies. I was referred to the Edinburg Post Master, he not only was very rude, but had poor customer service skills for the position he holds. He did not resolve the issue and furthermore he did not give me our mail. He went on to say that someone would give me a call.
