Submitted paperwork for new business location at Edinburg post office. It has been two months and we still have not received our mail. I went to Edinburg Post Office for an explanation of why we have not received our mail. We are a Medical equipment facility and work with government and state agencies. I was referred to the Edinburg Post Master, he not only was very rude, but had poor customer service skills for the position he holds.
