I used a pay phone this weekend to call a friend twice, each phone call lasting about 2 minutes long. I check my debit balance today and find I was charged $21 for each call... when each call would have been about a dollar using coins. Can someone please explain to me the fairness of this? If I'd actually known I'd be charged this much, I would never have used my card, I would have gone to a register and gotten some quarters. This is completely unfair; I deserved to have an informed choice in that matter. Just because I don't have a dollar in change on me doesn't mean I deserve to be charged 20 bucks for an extremely short phone call!!! Why is this place still allowed to operate business? Its not fair and they should be out of business NOW.
