I used a pay phone this weekend to call a friend twice, each phone call lasting about 2 minutes long. I check my debit balance today and find I was charged $21 for each call... when each call would have been about a dollar using coins. Can someone please explain to me the fairness of this? If I'd actually known I'd be charged this much, I would never have used my card, I would have gone to a register and gotten some quarters.
