I ordered a demand letter one month ago. After being contacted to request my contact information, I was told they'd be completing the letter within a couple days and sending it to me for my approval. Two weeks later, I checked back and was told the letter was going through a pre-approval stage and would be sent to me soon. After another week, I left a message to check in and never received a response. It's been about a week and a half since then and while I used to be able to reach customer service by phone a month ago, there is now an automated system and no one picks up. I'm not sure what's going on with this company but I just wanted to advise to proceed with caution.
