I ordered a demand letter one month ago. After being contacted to request my contact information, I was told they'd be completing the letter within a couple days and sending it to me for my approval. Two weeks later, I checked back and was told the letter was going through a pre-approval stage and would be sent to me soon. After another week, I left a message to check in and never received a response.
