membership repeated problems
I bought a 1 year Lego Universe membership for my son with auto-renewal. And it was working well for 6 days, and then it stopped. When I checked in the payment history, that 1 year membership was not there. I tried to call the billing dept, and we worked it out. And it was working well. I checked the payment history, just to make sure, they gave us 1 month free, and the next memberstip is the 1 year that I paid. 4 days later, it stopped working again, although on the payment history the game time was still 26 days. And the 1 year membership magically gone. I dont understand a company as big as LEGO can have this kind of trouble.

membership problem
I've bought a Lego Universe for my seven years old son in January. I paid 25 euro for a game with one month membership. When the membership expired, on 12/Feb I bought a new one month membership, to do so I had to open a parent account. I did everything according to the LEGO manuals. I bought a one month membership from my (parent) account. I've received an activation code, I log-out from my (parent) account and I log-in into my son's account and used the activation/membership code I've received before. It did work until yesterday so only for two weeks!? In general entire membership/activation thing is overcomplicated but the worst thing it sometimes simply doesn't work. My son doesn't want to play anymore in that "stupid game" as he calls it . Regards Stan
