In general Eircom is not doing anything else except charging you for a service they don’t want to provide! sorry telephone is working fine but broadband is a big, big joke - few times a day I need to restart the modem to make it working somehow. Eircom “customer service” replied once to check if anything else is connected to the phone line but in my case nothing else was connected, I disconnected even a phone for few days to check – I wander why they sell phone and broadband in one package if only one service will work?... read full review »

I've being constantly robbed buy LEGO UNIVERSE. I paid once for one month membership but they keeping charging my credit card without my authorization since then. Last month I've contacted LEGO customer support and they refunded 2 months membership but this month they charged me again.. no more comments read full review »

I did pay and activated a one month membership on 12/02/2011. It stopped after two weeks and it doesn't work any-more. I'm disappointed because it doesn't work and because LEGO customer service doesn't work at all. I'm trying to contact them from few days but it's like talking to the wall - no response whatsoever!! I've bought a Lego Universe for my seven years old son in January. I paid 25 euro for a game with one month membership. When the membership expired, on 12/Feb I bought a new one month membership, to do so I had to open a parent account. I did everything according to the LEGO manuals. I bought a one month membership from my (parent) account. I've received an activation code, I log-out from my (parent) account and I log-in into my son's account and used the activation/membership code I've received before.
