When you walk in to Rec Warehouse, they are tap dancing and spinning plates to get you to buy a spa; however, once you purchase it, their part in the purchase is OVER. Even if you buy an extended warranty, they are DONE with you. I purchased a relatively expensive spa (one that holds up to 8 people), bought an extended warranty and maintained stellar maintenance on this hot tub. Despite our efforts, some of the jets weren't glued in correctly at the factory and the wait is still on while Rec Warehouse tells one lie after another about getting the parts in. Never even walk in to this place. The Customer Service is a joke. Now time is burning up on my warranty while they put on another circus act trying to explain when parts will arrive. DO NOT GO HERE!
