When you walk in to Rec Warehouse, they are tap dancing and spinning plates to get you to buy a spa; however, once you purchase it, their part in the purchase is OVER. Even if you buy an extended warranty, they are DONE with you. I purchased a relatively expensive spa (one that holds up to 8 people), bought an extended warranty and maintained stellar maintenance on this hot tub.
