800-356-3025 I ordered a solar heating kit from their website on 5-10-06. A couple of days later I received an email stating that the addon solar panels were backordered. I emailed them back and asked them not ship unless complete, since there is no option when I ordered anyway. I tried to call their company several times and could not get thru, sitting on hold for an hour
once. So I kept emailing. I finally got an email from a girl who chewed
me out for emailing and said I should have called!
But they would hold it.
Well they shipped just the kit. Well the kit comes with a 4x20 Solar
Panel, (each additional solar panel costs $200) the kit
costs $259. They shipped the kit WITHOUT the solar panel.
I have been on the phone for an hour with them, transfered 3 times and they shipped the kit and the solar panels are backordered. They say I can return it. I asked for a Manager or Supervisor they dumped me in a voice mail that I tried to leave a message in and it disconnected me and said "no message recorded call back later". Very frustrating! This company shipped $50 of merchandise and charged me $327.01 for it. Sounds illegal. I will be filing complaints everywhere I can and attempt to return it. I would recommend to anyone who is listening do not order from this company they are VERY DISHONEST!
