800-356-3025 I ordered a solar heating kit from their website on 5-10-06. A couple of days later I received an email stating that the addon solar panels were backordered. I emailed them back and asked them not ship unless complete, since there is no option when I ordered anyway. I tried to call their company several times and could not get thru, sitting on hold for an hour once. So I kept emailing.
