I purchased a phone/plan from 1800mobiles in August of 2008. I have tried for months to obtain the $50.00 rebate in the form of a Citi Visa Prepaid Card. I have spoken both to Citi/Visa and 1800mobiles and I have gotten no where, everytime I call 1800mobiles they tell me they are going to refer the matter to a manager who will get back to me, but no one ever responds. Visa says 1800mobiles has to set up the card and 1800mobiles keep saying they have complied.

I suppose they just give you the run around until you give up. 6 members of my family have done business with 1800mobiles in the past, and that is why I choose to do business with them. Since they have given me the run around, none of us are going to use them again for our cell phone service.

1800mobiles, I hope $50.00 was worth losing 6 customers over.
