I purchased a phone/plan from 1800mobiles in August of 2008. I have tried for months to obtain the $50.00 rebate in the form of a Citi Visa Prepaid Card. I have spoken both to Citi/Visa and 1800mobiles and I have gotten no where, everytime I call 1800mobiles they tell me they are going to refer the matter to a manager who will get back to me, but no one ever responds.
