We bought a LG washer and after 2.5 months the door interlock has failed, when service was requested, the A1 rep trouble shoot over the phone. He said the problem was the interlock assembly, it took about 1.5 weeks to get the part and when it was installed, it failed. The appliance A1 rep told me there is only two more items it could be. I told him to order the parts and I hope it would not take a week to get the componets when they had committed to 1 day over night. The A1 rep was frustrated because shotgun method did not work and when questioned more on the ability to fix the problem, he became upset and informed me, "he was doing me a favor to fix the washer". I informed the A1 rep he was paid under a service contract. We had words and he informed me I need to go somewhere else to get the repairs completed.
