We bought a LG washer and after 2.5 months the door interlock has failed, when service was requested, the A1 rep trouble shoot over the phone. He said the problem was the interlock assembly, it took about 1.5 weeks to get the part and when it was installed, it failed. The appliance A1 rep told me there is only two more items it could be.
