Bad service
I have been a member of this independent survey company for over a year. Ten days ago, my account disappeared and I have not been able to sign-in to it. I have contacted this company numerous times via their advised email address (they provide no phone number or address), but I have yet to receive a reply. I had a small balance in the account that they owe me but which I don't really care about, but I had referred 10 friends/relatives. They are having the same problem and some of them have over $100 in their accounts that is due them from Lightspeed. One of them has emailed Lightspeed 13 times in the last ten days with no response. At this point, I have no idea what to do. I have tried to register a new account, but their system says their quota is full and they are not accepting any more clients.

Points not posted to my account as promised
I received an email that invited me to take a 60 minute survey for which I would be rewarded with 500 Lightspeed points. I went to the website and logged in with my user name. I clicked on survey #17304 and proceeded to anser the questions. Fifty five minutes later I completed this survey and hit the submit button. After doing this, another survey popped up which was Part II of the first survey. The link stated that it would be a 60 minute survey and that I would be rewarded with 2500 points. Again i completed the entire survey and submitted it. It's 10 days later and I still have not been awarded points for either survey. I e-mailed Lightspeed three times so far and have neither received an email from them or had the points posted to my account.
