I have been a member of this independent survey company for over a year. Ten days ago, my account disappeared and I have not been able to sign-in to it. I have contacted this company numerous times via their advised email address (they provide no phone number or address), but I have yet to receive a reply. I had a small balance in the account that they owe me but which I don't really care about, but I had referred 10 friends/relatives.
