I am being mistreated by an employer. I have had my ass thretened to be kicked on numerous occasions and one was when i asked an employee to not smoke dope in a van i was driving. The other week i got into a workvan and a "weed" bowl was laying on the dash of the truck in front of me belonging to the employee that cut off the tip of his finger. I have had employees throw chicken sandwiches at my face while driving a van and then had the same one jump up and raise his fist "threatening " me while driving. This employee was "gainfully" employed and never recieved any reprocussions for any of it. I am being "held off" of work while the discussion of my employment termination is discussed. There have been several employees that have cussed the "boss" and left the job and come right back in the next day. No reprocussions. I have had water spit on my shirt and in my face by the boss while he was drinking out of a water bottle.
