I am being mistreated by an employer. I have had my ass thretened to be kicked on numerous occasions and one was when i asked an employee to not smoke dope in a van i was driving. The other week i got into a workvan and a "weed" bowl was laying on the dash of the truck in front of me belonging to the employee that cut off the tip of his finger.
