I purchased an arm shaper from this company for 29.95 plus 7.00 S/H. When the product arrived, I attempted to try it on, but the seam on the right arm ripped in two places before I even had the garment on completely. I returned the item with required returns/exchange form, only to have it sent back with pictures of the product and an explanation that they can only accept merchandise unworn and in sellable condition. The company says it guarantees all its merchandise for 30 days. This product was not worn (hello, it ripped!!!). It is NOT a bra, underwear or swimwear. The company also stated in their letter they could not accept the product because it was not "sellable." I contacted the company and was told someone would respond to me. Here it is a few weeks later and I am still waiting...cheated out of 36.00 and the product I had requested to be replaced. DO NOT do business with this company!
