I purchased an arm shaper from this company for 29.95 plus 7.00 S/H. When the product arrived, I attempted to try it on, but the seam on the right arm ripped in two places before I even had the garment on completely. I returned the item with required returns/exchange form, only to have it sent back with pictures of the product and an explanation that they can only accept merchandise unworn and in sellable condition.
