I placed an order, accidentally, online when I got trapped in an advertisement. When I realized I placed the order, I sent an email indicating to cancel this order it was placed in error. These two actions happened on 01-25-10 at 11:09 pm (est). On 01-27-2010, I received an email indicating that the order was cancelled on #90445 and I would be receiving a refund if the POP (Point of Purchase) actually went thru because I cancelled the order before it left the shipping area. I received the merchandise and immediately returned it on RMA #6806954 unopened and via USPS, certified mail, return receipt requested. They received the merchandise on 02-09-2010. I have yet to receive a refund for the alleged shipping and handling charges dispite my multiple phone calls and emails. I feel this company violated my trust by their misleading advertising and their refund practics. I realize the amount is minimal but it is the principle of the matter. I was told the shipmend had not been shipped because I contacted them within minutes of realizing what I had done. They are maintaining their stance because I accepted the terms and conditions. Again, I got stuck in a "black hole" on the internet with something I did not want to be in.
